- Certified proof of address for each director
- Certified proof of address for the business (if different to the director’s address)
- Completed mandate to lodge form (downloadable off our website upon application)
- Client information sheet (downloadable off our website upon application)
Note: A minimum of three members/director’s are required in order to register a NPC.
